Free yoga class through Twitch LiveStream: Lets help raise money for Puerto Rico!

As some of you may know, Puerto Rico was hit with hurricane Fiona recently and it left my island in pretty bad shape. Since I am working in Canada at the moment I wanted to help in any way I could so I decided that I would livestream free classes from the 19-30th of September in the hopes to collect donations to give to Project Hope. Project hope is a non profit origination that helps those affected by natural disasters. My the reason I chose this non profit was because they were also there to help Puerto Rico 5 years ago during Hurricane Maria. Join me for todays livestream class coming to you live from Banff, CA! Class begins at 11am(pst) and 2pm (pst).

To donate please use the QR code located on the livestream screen during class with the subject title “Help Puerto Rico”, or donate through the widget located on the “about me” tab on my twitch page account. When you click the widget, you will be directed to a website that will allow centralized and decentralized donations.

I will sign onto twitch 10 minutes before class begins to answer any questions you may have, or if you just want to say hello! See you guys there!
