How to get there: parking is available at Escambron beach, and by the surrounding park, Uber or biking preferred to access location more easily. Follow directions to Parque acuatico del escambron, once there continue up the hill north of the bay, and you will see the fort at the top of the hill.

Dear yogi community,

I have a heartfelt announcement to make! First, I want to apologize for the rescheduling of our free community yoga social class originally planned for July 2nd. Life has a way of surprising us, and with my birthday festivities and loved ones in town, I decided to cherish these precious moments with them.

So, let's mark our calendars for the new date: July 9th, 2023, from 6 pm to 7 pm EST. I appreciate your understanding as I prioritize family and celebration. Together, we'll create an unforgettable experience!

But wait, there's more! Before our rescheduled event, join me for a birthday celebration this Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Let's embrace connection, laughter, and unity, setting the stage for an amazing yoga social class.

class begins at 4:30pm and ends at 5:30pm, sunset social will commence from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
